Absolutely!  The pond is perfect for swimming and fishing for trout, as well as kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing and other motorized watercrafts.  With a good sheet of ice in winter, you can enjoy ice fishing, skating, sliding and snowmobiling, and snowshoeing on the shoreline.  It is a rocky pond (not sandy), but the slipway from The Pod has fairly even ground and a gradual grade before dropping off to deeper water.

There is a variety of non-motorized watercrafts such as kayaks and paddle boards, as well as other water activity items (e.g., pool noodles, floats, etc) for use from May 1st – October 31st.  In winter months, there are snowshoes and sleds and an ice auger.  Fishing rods are available to use during open fishing season.  You’ll find a variety of games and activities that can be enjoyed year round as well.  Equipment information is provided for review, to confirm weight limits, etc.  Activity Safety guidelines must be followed, and guests are required to complete and submit a waiver prior to arrival.

When you reserve the Pod for a Full Day, all guests have unlimited access and use to all equipment.  The hourly water equipment rental option provides access to only the item(s) selected when booking the rental time, for the length of time booked for the equipment rental.
